We’d like to wish each of you a very happy 5-12.
And I’d like to thank my wife for 6 incredible years. It’s mind-blowing how quickly time flies and I couldn’t be more blessed to spend it with her.

We love the folks over at Sweet Cheeks Baking Company. They just celebrated their 7th year in the business as they always do. With style, smiles, and a ton of sweetness.
We’ve had quite a few adventures in our 6 years of business and marriage. Some of our favorites took us to far-flung destinations, to celebrate and photograph our clients’ weddings. It’s the best reason to pack our bags and get outta town! So we wanna do more and our wanderlust is your gain.
If you’re engaged, where in the world are you? We want to hear about your wedding and the venue, town, or setting hosting your amazing day. Will you be in a small Italian village? A meadow in Montana? Perhaps a rooftop in NYC, traditional church in Georgia, or even a castle in Ireland. We’re all ears and very interested to know your story.

With the holidays in full swing, we were able to catch Orousha + Chuck and their sweet brood of three taking some time out for fun at their home in North County. Just an afternoon with this super-photogenic crowd, and you’ll see why their fun is infectious!
Mom Orousha and dad Chuck are clearly in love with each other, and their beautiful children.
Taking a ride on “Chemical”, the magical rolling toy skate trike thing.

Elaine, Donna, and the Sweet Cheeks sugar shakers have been friends of ours for a good long time and we’re excited to introduce you.
Like their brides, their confections can go from cute, to elegant, to showstopping.
(venue: Bahia Belle)
Elaine (pictured here) and her biz partner, Donna, are living their passion, and it shows. They obviously love what they do, and the people for whom they do it. They make it look easy, because they’re always having fun.
This is them hosting at one of their epic Sweet Cheeks anniversary parties, which has blown up every year.
Playful but sophisticated.
We don’t get to see Donna (AKA; Left Cheek) as often as we see Elaine, but you can be sure she’ll be around making magic happen.
Looks delicious, right? Well, it’s also better for you: the Cheeks buy local, use whole grains and cage-free eggs, and bake some extra love into every whoopee pie. 🙂
This was made for the wedding reception of the talented Gene Higa.
(venue: Estancia Resort & Spa)
We’ve had the pleasure of watching the ladies behind the scenes at numerous events, placing each detail to make sure the goodies are as memorable as they are scrumptious.
… and they look great while doing it!
We love details. It’s just one reason we’re drawn to their amazing creations.
Uh, yeah. Your mouth is probably watering and that just means you’re human… and alive.
Here’s some of their “commercial” work that would actually be really cool at a wedding.
Sweet Cheeks is a family affair, and a total team effort.

From the finest detail…
