Sneak Peak on a Unique Week

It’s been pretty crazy lately and a number of recent shoots may not get blogged for a long time – if at all – so I wanted to at least let you take a look at what we’ve been up to.  Not all of these were in the last week, but the majority of them took place in a 6-day window of time.  In no particular order:

Cooking with dinosaurs

A hologram with plenty to say

Celebrity chef Bryan Malarky

Classic piano at a huge dinner

Terminal 2 before it opens to the public

Tasty treats by Culinary Concepts

A touching memorial service over the bay

Construction next to linens

Excellent work by 360 Destination Group

A 3D printer

Getting briefly detained at Lindbergh Field

The Perseid meteor shower

A VIP event beautifully run by Panoptix

Light bulb monitors

A private flight on a commercial airline

A booth the size of a condo

Panoramic views on an amazing piece of land

Some portraits and a wedding

A Relativator.  Or is it the THE Relativator?

A military homecoming

I love that our work keeps us on our toes.

Meghan’s Portrait Shoot

Meghan is many things, but boring definitely isn’t one of them. She adds spice and energy to every conversation, and is an artist in her own right. When she found out she was expecting a baby with her fiancee Brandon, she wanted to give him some playful pics as a pre-maternity shoot gift.  Our time with Meghan in the beautiful environs of Mission Trails Park was the recipe for a perfect shoot.

First, you take some retro cherries…

A dash of “sassy librarian”…

A spoonful of “bad girl” tattoos…

Two coquettish red shoes…

Add a whole bunch of “nature girl” attitude…

…and the tiniest bun in the oven!.

She’s like Rosie the Riveter, Joan Jett, and June Cleaver all rolled into one.

We had an amazing time with Meghan, and are so excited for all the great new things happening for her and Brandon!

Thank you, Meghan, for such a great shoot!  Congratulations to you both!

Kelly + David’s Engagement Session

We had a short engagement session with a super cool couple.  Their stories, faith, and love for each are all remarkable and conveying it – in some small way – was an honor.

We couldn’t be more thrilled for you two to be united – very soon!

Property at Saddleback

This Valley Center home has some great out-buildings including an income generating rental property and horse barn.  Combine that with the quiet views, open layout, and relaxing pool and you’ve got a little gem in a great location.

Property + Interior Design in La Jolla

We had the privilege of joining Miwa Yamamuro of Muro Designs at her most recent project.  This  home was recently empty, when the “very famous owners” contracted with Muro Designs to make their vacation home move-in ready.   If you’d like to have your house transformed by the extremely talented Miwa drop us a line and we’ll get you connected.
